Booking and Travel Logistics

• You may pay in full or select a payment plan.
• Flights are not included and must be booked by the traveler.
• Travelers must secure their own transportation to and from the cruise port.
• Cruise departs from Miami on February 13 2026 and returns February 18 2026.
• Arrive in Orlando no later than 12 PM local time and be at the port at least two hours before departure.
• We strongly suggest arriving in Orlando on October 28 2026 one day before the sailing.

Travel Documents Delivery

• Travel documents and instructions will be emailed once full payment is received.
• All documents are sent electronically within 30 days of travel.
• Travelers must notify Ket Travels of any email changes.

• Cancellations made 74 to 51 days before departure result in the deposit being non refundable.
• Cancellations made 50 to 31 days before departure result in a 50 percent penalty.
• Cancellations made 30 to 16 days before departure result in a 75 percent penalty.
• Cancellations made 15 to 0 days before departure result in a 100 percent penalty.

• A no show on the day of departure is treated as a full cancellation with a 100 percent penalty.
• Disembarking early or breaking the cruise package is considered a full cancellation with no refund.
• No refunds are given if a guest leaves the cruise after embarkation.
• Cancellation penalties apply to the total fare including cruise fare air addons hotel packages and any additional services booked through MSC Cruises.
