Itinerary
Eight days thoughtfully paced to balance exploration, leisure, and transition. Each destination shift is intentional, creating a steady flow from jungle landscapes to refined coastal settings.
Day 1 — Arrival in Bali
Location: Bali → Ubud
Arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport where you are greeted and privately transferred to your hotel in Ubud. The remainder of the day is reserved for rest, adjusting to the time zone, and enjoying the hotel surroundings or nearby village strolls. An early evening is encouraged to prepare for the days ahead.

Day 2 — Kintamani Highlands, Swing & Monkey Forest
Location: Ubud · Kintamani
After breakfast, begin the day with the iconic Bali jungle swing overlooking rice fields, river valleys, and dense greenery. Continue to the Sacred Monkey Forest, a protected reserve and temple complex home to long-tailed macaques and ancient trees.
Proceed to the Kintamani highlands for views of Mount Batur and the surrounding volcanic landscape. Local lunch included. Evening Welcome Dinner.

Day 3 — Finns Beach Club
Location: Bali
A leisurely day spent at Finns Beach Club along Bali’s coastline. Time to relax by the ocean, enjoy music, refreshments, and uninterrupted seaside views at your own pace.

Day 4 — Temples, Water Palace & Waterfall
Location: East Bali
Early morning departure with a private guide to visit Lempuyang Temple (Gate of Heaven), Tirta Gangga Water Palace, and Tukad Cepung Waterfall hidden within a cave. Your guide assists with photographs at each location. Full-day touring experience.

Day 5 — Kaveri Luxury Spa & Transfer to Kuta
Location: Bali
A restorative morning followed by a 2-hour luxury spa experience at Kaveri Spa. Traditional treatments, herbal oils, and a Balinese flower bath designed for relaxation and renewal. Afterwards, transfer to your hotel in Kuta.

Day 6 — Nusa Penida Island Escape
Location: Nusa Penida
Speedboat transfers to Nusa Penida for a guided island tour visiting Diamond Beach, Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach, and Angel’s Billabong. Lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Bali.

Day 7 — Uluwatu Temple, Kecak Dance & Jimbaran Dinner
Location: Uluwatu · Jimbaran Bay
Morning at leisure. Afternoon visit to Uluwatu Temple perched on seaside cliffs. At sunset, experience the Kecak Dance performance. Evening seafood dinner at Jimbaran Bay before returning to the hotel.

All passengers must complete the All-Indonesia Arrival Card online prior to arrival. This single digital form replaces the old customs (e-CD), immigration, and health declaration forms and must be submitted within 72 hours before landing. Prices
All prices are based on exchange rates in effect at the time of pricing. If the U.S. dollar devalues, Ket Travels reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any changes due to currency fluctuations.
Pre Departure Recommendations
We strongly recommend arriving at JFK at least 4 hours prior to departure. For added peace of mind, consider arriving in New York a day before flight departure and staying overnight near the airport. Recommended hotels include the Hilton JFK or Hampton Inn JFK.

Payment Policy
All payments to Ket Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors. This policy helps us maintain accessible package pricing and offer monthly payment plans.
Travel Insurance

Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Check with the appropriate consulate(s) or visa agency for entry requirements. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of travel, and some countries require a full blank visa page for entry stamps.
Reservation Details
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport. The name on your invoice must match your passport. Seat assignments are determined by the airline, and group tour flights are booked in economy class only.
Pricing and Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice. Reserving today locks in the current rate. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active, and your invoice outlines your payment schedule. We recommend adding payment dates to your personal calendar.
Roommate Responsibilities
If traveling with a roommate, you are responsible for ensuring your roommate also makes timely payments. Name changes are permitted after final payment for a $150 name change fee plus any applicable vendor fees.
Late Payments
A late payment fee of $250 per person is applied after the final payment due date listed on your payment plan. Late fees are automatically added the day after the due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management prior to the final payment deadline.
