Client Travel Agreement
Effective Date: January 2025
This Client Travel Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ket Travels ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), registered in the State of Georgia, and the client identified below ("Client," "you," or "traveler"). This Agreement governs all travel planning, consulting, and booking services provided by Ket Travels.
By signing this Agreement or authorizing Ket Travels to proceed with planning, booking, or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Scope of Services
Ket Travels provides professional travel planning and consulting services, including itinerary design, research, and booking assistance. Ket Travels acts solely as an intermediary and advisor and does not operate, own, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, or other third-party suppliers.
2. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments
- All quotes are estimates and subject to availability and change until booked and confirmed.
- Prices are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmations are issued.
- Supplier-specific deposits, final payment deadlines, and cancellation terms apply.
- Ket Travels service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Airline Tickets, Name Accuracy, and Change Fees
Client is responsible for ensuring that the full legal name provided exactly matches the name on the traveler’s government-issued identification or passport.
Airline tickets are generally non-transferable. Name changes or corrections may not be permitted and, if allowed, may result in substantial fees, fare differences, or ticket reissuance.
Ket Travels is not responsible for airline penalties, denied boarding, or increased costs resulting from incorrect traveler information. All related expenses are the sole responsibility of the Client.
4. Passport Validity, Visas, and Entry Requirements
Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, transit visas, residency permits, and required documentation for all destinations.
Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date and may require proof of onward travel, sufficient funds, or vaccinations.
Ket Travels does not guarantee entry into any country and is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, or associated costs.
5. Third-Party Suppliers
All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Ket Travels is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, insolvency, or negligence of any supplier.
Supplier terms and conditions apply and may impose strict cancellation or change penalties.
6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are governed by individual suppliers and may be restrictive.
- Ket Travels service fees are non-refundable.
- Changes requested after booking may incur additional supplier and service fees.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services properly rendered or booked in accordance with this Agreement.
Client must contact Ket Travels directly to attempt resolution prior to filing any dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination, collection actions, and liability for associated fees, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Client understands that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, delays, weather events, political instability, pandemics, acts of terrorism, and force majeure events.
Client voluntarily assumes all such risks and releases Ket Travels from liability for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from travel or third-party services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Group Harmony and Conduct
For group or hosted travel experiences, Client agrees to behave in a respectful, lawful, and cooperative manner.
Ket Travels reserves the right to remove or restrict participation of any traveler whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or detrimental to others. No refunds will be issued, and Client shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
10. Photographic and Media Release
Client grants Ket Travels permission to use photographs, videos, testimonials, or other media content voluntarily provided or captured during travel experiences for marketing and promotional purposes.
No compensation will be provided. This release may be revoked in writing for future use only.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ket Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from travel arrangements or use of services.
12. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ket Travels from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Client’s actions, omissions, or breach of this Agreement.
13. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in the courts o
