Day 1 — Arrival in Johannesburg

Description: Upon arrival, meet your English-speaking guide and transfer to the hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to settle in and adjust after travel. Evening activities are on your own, allowing you to explore the surroundings or enjoy quiet relaxation.

Day 2 — Soweto & Apartheid Museum
Location: Johannesburg / Soweto
Description: Begin the day with a full guided tour of Soweto, visiting Regina Mundi Church and Freedom Square. Enjoy lunch at Vuyo’s Restaurant before returning to Johannesburg to explore the Apartheid Museum at your own pace. Dinner is on your own.

Day 3 — Transfer to Pilanesberg & First Game Drive

Check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cape Town (flight not included). Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. Evening is free to relax or explore nearby.

Day 6 — Table Mountain & Cape Town City Tour
Location: Cape Town

Payment Policy
All payments to Ket Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors. This policy helps us maintain accessible package pricing and offer monthly payment plans.
Travel Insurance

Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Check with the appropriate consulate(s) or visa agency for entry requirements. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of travel, and some countries require a full blank visa page for entry stamps.
Reservation Details
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport. The name on your invoice must match your passport. Seat assignments are determined by the airline, and group tour flights are booked in economy class only.
Pricing and Payments

Roommate Responsibilities
If traveling with a roommate, you are responsible for ensuring your roommate also makes timely payments. Name changes are permitted after final payment for a $150 name change fee plus any applicable vendor fees.
Late Payments
A late payment fee of $250 per person is applied after the final payment due date listed on your payment plan. Late fees are automatically added the day after the due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management prior to the final payment deadline.
